Transforming English Learning with AI and Technology at Ho Dao College At Ho Dao College, the English Department is committed to enhancing education through the integration of AI and technology. By adopting innovative tools and platforms, we are creating engaging and interactive learning environments that empower students to achieve their best. HKUST AI-assisted VR English Speaking Programme In partnership with the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), this programme allows senior students to practise HKDSE English speaking papers with AI-powered virtual candidates. Immediate feedback helps students improve their fluency, confidence, and overall performance. Writing Collaboration with Google Sheets Students collaborate on writing tasks using Google Sheets, fostering creativity, organisational skills, and peer interaction. Public Speaking Workshop with AI Tools This 30-hour workshop, led by native English-speaking teachers and supported by AI assessment tools, helps students develop confidence and refine their public speaking and presentation skills.
